Volunteer at Green Haven |
| There are a number of
ways that you can volunteer your time and special skills to assist
us at Green Haven. |
| |
| Crisis Line
(**Must be 18 years of age) |
|
Volunteers
take one night a month (3-10 hours per night, based upon your
availability) to help cover the 24-hour crisis line. They offer
support and listen to clients in need. (An on-call staff member
is appointed as a back up) |

| Fundraising |
| Volunteers can help plan
and staff events that Green Haven sponsors. |
|

Festival of Trees |

Community Outreach |

Clothesline Project |

Domestic Violence Impact Panel |

Public Speaking |
| |
| Safe Homes |
| Volunteer your home for
a client in need for up to 3 nights. This is a short term plan
for clients in need to use in an emergency until a permanent plan
is set for them. |

Administrative Assistance |
| We appreciate help
organizing, cleaning, making copies, helping with donations, and
other various office tasks. |
| |
|
Subcommittee Membership |
| We will be looking for
volunteers with specific skills to assist with specific program
and projects. Board sub-committees meet 1-2 hours per month and
provide advice and support. |
